1. I don't answer why questions because coming from my ego I can't know the answer. In my experience "why" questions are intellectual traps. But maybe you know because you read it already and forgot that you read it, or your remembering it from a place of being.

2. I didn't find it. Expectation often kills Being experiences. It found me and through spiritual practices since the Being "place" is within us already, just covered by ego functions . BTW "the nothingness place" as you call it is not nothingness at all .

3. I have no specific idea in terms of numbers. I know there are many. I utilize the Gurdijeff Work. Perhaps there is a group near you. The Gurdjieff Work is one of many paths to practice presence.
