A couple of years ago I bought an iPhone. But guess what? I use it as a phone. I don't carry with me in my pocket. If I meet a friend for coffee/tea I silence it.

Tech does separate people in the name of increased connectivity - so it fools vulnerable people that may not know any better. It preys on vulnerabilities to categorize and monetize emotions like love.

a 12 step group for people addicted to tech? With meetings in-person, not over FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.

What happens during a massive power outage that may go on for days? No cell service, no internet, OMG withdrawal. Due to fire season this has happened here in Northern California.
