A few items left out of the climate crisis scenario if we're including all the possibilities of Earth cleansing herself from "civilized humans". Indigenous peoples will perish too BTW.

Viruses: The melting of the permafrost expose us to ancient pathogens to which it may make COVID19 look mild in comparison. No place is safe during a pandemic.

Migrations due to climate crisis - weather or earth upheaval events will threaten economies, nations and lives. Collapse of regional economies could easily domino into the world. (I have a few friends having lost their homes in 2017 to California wildfires have been moving seasonally to stay away from the fires.)

Resource Wars - this has already happened with GW Bush's war to gain a foothold to oil producing regions. Wars will come over water rights, mineral rights, "safe places", etc.

Dictatorships - with resource wars the dangers are increasing possibilities of dictatorships due to the "strong leader myth". Trump and the ones that follow show that we all are stressed and fearful. Many who are fearful will lean back into "the strong-leader myth" to save us from - fill in the blank.
