A few months back I tried a sedative gummy. I found it made my heart race in addition to the overall sedative effect. The heart racing thing triggered me into a bad AFib episode, yes I have Atrial Fibrillation. I looked up side effects of sedating MJ use on-line and the side effect that jumped out at me was rapid heart beat. To get around this I used tiny slices of the gummy every 2 hours with some good, some bad results.
After a month my ability to sleep decreased with the use of the gummy. I employed other techniques including getting off refine sugars, other dietary changes, and a few supplements.
The interesting thing for me is the pandemic has been a partial motivator to improve health. Iβve lost 50 pounds, I eat healthier, and am managing breakthrough pain from arthritis at night better.
Itβs almost as if my reactions to things are the reverse of the rest of the population. Go figure.
