A good balanced article about some of the steps towards success.
I was invited to a success group by one of my clients who was a multi-millionaire in the mid 1990s. At first I didn't consider myself successful because I wasn't making very much money. Then it dawned on me. Success for me wasn't about the money. It was about the dharma work I have been doing since 1986, gaining and refining skills growing in my practice. I am very happy in my work and my clients seem to appreciate and love the service I offer.
While our culture values money (maybe too much) having money is good, but my focus isn't on money, its on the service. It is that focus on service that fuels my success.
My wish - though not happening in this or any lifetimes to come - is to live in a world without money.
