A Good Reminder.

I worked in alternative crisis mental health for 20 years and led relaxation and sleep hygiene groups. I keep up on the research. Breath work, traditional breathwork meditation and long-term aides in stress reduction. Also I've found by cultivating the neutral in myself has been one of the best long-term lifestyle changes that has changed my relationship to stress and thus reduced it.
