After several years of applying all the techniques and more (outside the scope of this and 1 other article that you've written) I occasionally use a non-narcotic prescription sleep aide. That works for 8 hours, but it has side effects - what I call a dope over.
I've lost 100 pounds since the pandemic began and afterwards. Looking at to lose another 25. And since I work as a shaman and healer I have been applying all my skills that I use to help others on myself to heal myself...
