An excellent list for current generations. Moderation in all "good" habits is always good advice.

After 71 years on the planet I have most conquered of the items on your list. Since I hate cell phones I don't check my phone until hours after I wake-up.

Setting a morning routine is good. I meditate (as I have been doing for about 50 years, eat dinner for breakfast, and write until noon or until I have a private client consultation. #2 done, #3 Without mentioning it (multitasking is a myth) you have arrived at a good solution. #4 I recently gave up all caffeine - and have 10x as much energy than I used to when I drank 2 cups of black tea in the morning. #5 working on getting more sleep - I don't avoid it I seek 7 to 8 hours - I'm awakened by various physical challenges. #6 and #7 done and done.

Thanks
