An important step has been overlooked for safety in OBE (Out-of-Body-Experiences). If one does not follow this step then there could be dangerous outcomes. Upon leaving make a white streamer from your navel (using visualization and/or sensing) and connect it to your plasma or spirit body.

I have had a few clients that have gone OB and when they came back found entities within their bodies and had to d battle with them.

Also IMO remote viewing can be separated from OBE. One can remote view without leaving one's body.
