Are we not different selves with different people and different situations? For instance when I worked a regular job I was different with my boss than I was with my co-worker.

I have come to see that we have different roles in different situations and those roles are not fully connected with one another. In my inner work for over 45 years I have developed my essence into a steward on the way to Mastery.
