As I read your words I feel my chakras connecting one to the other on front of my body from my second chakra to my throat. This has been happening with more frequency, of late. Crows caw at me when I walk outside or up the street. Their way of saying hello.

I've been pencing on the light that comes out of my mouth when I go to sleep. My Guides say it has to do with all the light work I do. Pockett Dessert suggested it may be related to my throat chakra. Am grateful for her insight.
