At birth our 3rd eyes are oriented upward toward the crown chakra. Breath is different. Light is a part of food. As babies we imitate our moms and the third eye turns and looks out, not up. In looking up the pure lights of light and unconditional love are received as nourishment.

In the '90s my teacher told me I was a natural. It took me a few weeks to trust that was true.
