I didn't know cedar forests had bogs. A few towns from where I grew up was a bog owned by Yale University - a preserve. Apparently they found a 3,000 year old body perfectly preserved in the bog. I went there on a field trip and later with family. Walking on a bog is similar to walking on a waterbed only more stable.

A cedar grove kept me warm in winter both physically and spiritually about a half a mile from the family home.
