Before and after the experience with the breathwork I have been meditating since 1975 and have been intensely involved in additional inner spiritual practices.

I did holotropic breathwork x 1 and while I left my body after vomiting and defecating and went into the solar system and beyond. The effects of the shaking lasted for days. It was the 80s, and I chose never to do it again. I did acid in the 70s and found it took away abilities I didn't know were abilities until they were gone.

In 1990 I experienced a spontaneous event that has completely transformed my life and united me with my destiny. It would seem that the breathwork, meditation and spiritual practices were precursors to the experience. The only thing I did was surrender into it.
