He felt the enormous female raptor shapeshift inside him. She popped out and was gone. He tried again. She disappeared inside him and was gone again.

Diva Azura's fury grew stronger. The vicious elves broke free of the descending birds and were hurled up. Lightning ascended from the dark clouds below and from above. Balls of white light exploded within the onslaught of Diva Azura's forces. A column of white light flickered in and out of reality.

Kondrite/Lux appeared at the edge of the drop, flickering in and out of the light.

Gren nodded off in exhaustion. He entered a still place where Kondrite/Lux dwelled. Inside the white light, all was calm and still."
