Emotions come and go, if I am being honest about emotions I feel. I strive for balance. As an empath I feel feelings from many others around the globe. And I am not my feelings.

When I sense balance in my system, body, heart, mind, and soul and am neutral. I observe the ups and downs of the life of my heart. When I peel away the layers of illusion while remaining compassionately neutral all that's left is love. Love embraces so-called negative emotions in me. Love embraces sadness and offers itself to another. Love embraces (fill in the blank with an emotion)_____. Love includes all - just as you write Jun; offers care and generosity. Naturally happiness is included in the Love. But it is not the goal. Love is both the aim and the goal.

An aim is something that can can be practiced infinitely and is its own reward.

Goals can derive from an aim. Goals are finite. They have a beginning, middle, and end.
