Most polictical debate is framed with floating premises aka excuses. In other words - say regarding Franken - I like the guy and his polictics, but he violated boundaries of women. I feel sad for him and he cannot be allowed in a position of polictical power. And based on the premise that no man has the right to use his power as a man to violate the boundaries of a woman or anyone needs to be vigoriusly applied to Trump.

Democrat leaderships lacks the will to attack the President vigorously and repeatedly on this issue. I've written many emails to my reps.
