Our human understanding of light may fall within the narrow bandwidth of visible light and lower and higher vibrations from the visible: Infrared and Ultraviolet.

From a higher dimensional perspective or lack of one light is everywhere, in everything and all the spaces in-between. Light is energy and matter. Light moving very slowly is matter and we humans perceive matter as a substance separate from other substances and the energy that connects them.

As a teen I "saw" light connecting every human on Earth as one and all "substances" as light x2 in what used to be called "peak experiences". Life changing.
