First - Many people love comparing our infinitely extraordinary top brains to a lowly supercomputer. In my estimation our amazingly complex brains are organs (biological organisms too) and not machines. I will be very grateful if you cease the comparison. But I expect you will remain with the crowd that enjoys to reduce to explain - its only human after all.
In my spiritual practice of 46 years I have come to trust body knowing and have slowly uncovered that I used to think that I had a body instead of being embodied.
Don't you think that "having" a body is treating him/her/them as an object instead of the sacred temple? And that our body, top brain, and emotional centers combine with our full presence in the world?
As a prevailer on the way to a higher vibrational version of myself I am not defined by the PTSD of ritual sexual abuse. My body is currently leading the way through a release of grief through cellular memories.
