For the sake of argument I will go along with your idea of God and that all humans have free will (which they do not for many reasons).
We talk and write about "the future" as if there were only one. The future does not exist except as expectations, visions, premonitions, and assumptions.
In the film "Fierce Grace" about Ram Dass's early life and with his guru - in the DVD version (not part of the film proper) there is a segment where Ram Dass tells about his guru - Neem Karoli Baba. He explains how his guru saw the future and how that should have been impossible.
In timeless realms of higher consciousness there is no future or past. If there was a personification known as God then prediction of "the future" wouldn't be possible for two reasons. The future doesn't exist in timeless realms and in 4D and 3D worlds there are many futures.
Free will does not exist in the way we think it does. In other words what one does is based on all the beliefs and rebellion against beliefs that happened before (from culture, family, schooling, and peers). And it includes many habits,
Just as in enlightenment there is a spectrum of knowing from moments of "seeing" to a transcendental enlightenment of seeing all. Will exists in as self will and higher will that flows through us when we sacrifice ego. Most self will is based on an illusion that we have free will.
Complete free will would be an act where full presence exists and with no preconditions - habits and beliefs to sully the process.
I have written about this a couple of years ago. Very unpopular -
