From a higher perspective without considering the importance of body knowing / memory you'd be correct in your assumption of fear as a covering.

However in my experience (especially with the sexual trauma from childhood that I am still working to transform) the body records all good and bad habits indiscriminately. And here is the crux of my observation of the constrictive elements of fear when it consumes the body in horror it blots out love, thus the title. Feelings are temporary - they come and go.

Higher love (and light) is all around us and permeates our being when we broach the awareness and when we don't fear is the opposite of love. (down and dirty in body memories of ego and fragmented personality).

Nevertheless thanks for the accolades, much appreciated. Be well and happy.
