Getting used to the pain is one way to go. Alternatively the universe is prompting you to look at dysfunctional patterns in your relationships. To stop and replace the patterns as they arise with different ones. These are patterns that are at least neutral and all healthy. The technique of self-observation is useful here [Self-Observation- A Primer]. Knowing what you have without self-blame or self-shame.
