Given Trump’s record with litigation I doubt he will be convicted. The army of Trump’s lawyers have been known to wear down opposition through delays and motions etc. He will run in 2024 while his lawyers are arguing cases of criminal allegations.

Besides he has told us that he plans on stealing the election: 1. On December 18th when the electoral college votes his plan is for Republican governors to appoint electors that will vote for him. 2. If that fails he may go to the inauguration on January 20th, having not given a concession speech or made any move towards conceding and backed by para-military groups on the streets demand that he is still president and needs to be sworn in for another 4 years or else.

Its not over until Biden is sworn in and moves into the White House.
