Good piece. I have been visited by spirit ancestors from my genetic lineage and talk frequently with my father who passed in '06. My mom passed in '15 and have by the behest of my Guides done healing work on her on the other side which I never thought was possible.

And I have been visited by ancestral spirits that do not belong to my genetic lineage from the "pre-historic" regions of Lemurian and before Shambhalans entered the alternate reality where they now reside.
