Good points, good writing.

Thanks to you I looked up Robert Augustus Masters, and his book "Spiritual Bypassing". I feel he says a lot about what I have been saying and writing about for a while. Again thanks for that.

A teacher of mine once said: "Be merciless with yourself." Meaning face what you loathe about yourself. My ego (and the one who is writing this) is about control saying "Hey, look at me. I'm over here." Then there is the light that is my essence within. These two parts of me rub against one another - sparks fly - energy is created and at times put to good use - meaning stored for work on myself.
