Chapter 54/ Lost & Climbing Out of Hell
The Diva and her gang halted by spells on the path toward Gren by falling rocks. Four large ravines trapped them and they stopped. She “saw” Gren’s escape attempt. The Diva;s Dark Heart made the earth quake under his feet. As Gren the Goat ran down a steep bank to a cliff above a river, the ground shook. Pieces of the cliff’s rock gave way, and he fell, transforming to human form.
Gren fell into the river and sank several feet before rising to the surface. In his blindness, felt himself — forced downstream. He slid over boulders, through rapids, cascading over waterfalls. Dropped — he fell a great height into a slower-moving stream. In the distance, he…
