Through a feat of flying legerdemain, the Giant Ancient Kodor Bird shifted Green from her left talon. to her beak. And from her beak to her back.
She managed to flip Green end over end. He landed near a net slung around Kodor’s neck. Green caught the end of the looped line around Kodor’s neck. He positioned himself in the net and grabbed the blanket, flapping in the wind. He wrapped the blanket around his body and shimmed up the bird’s back. In a few more inches, he peered over her neck to the down below.
