Here's what I found valuable about your piece in no particular order:
1. Meditation (having utilized meditative practices for 45+ years) - very valuable.
2. Service is better than work - words can begin to shift cognitive maps and awareness.
3. Health (even if you take care of your health impediments with preventative measures, genetically inherited maladies can befall us. these impediments can used as an advantage - part of awareness building).
4. 3rd eye development
5. Consume content wisely
6. Posture
Here's some of what I found concerning:
1. Mantras - I don't use them and they may be for people whose predominant locus of perception is words - thinking in words. I think visually with words second and empathic feeling combine with the visual faculty.
2. I am concerned with the use of the word conscious and would rather replace it with awareness. To be conscious for me means an awareness of the fragmented parts of my ego and a connection to being present in mind, body, emotion and spirit. This is difficult to embody. It is much easier to fall asleep than to fall under the current fad of being "woke" or conscious.
3. I chose my friends by like and sharing interests. Sometimes when a friend becomes negative or a lower vibration my guidance suggests I keep being friends with a particular person as they have something to teach me. Besides everyone we meet has the potential of teaching us something about ourselves especially if our buttons get pushed by us being around them.
3a - regarding "Chose Your Friends Consciously" I do not find a need to protect myself by utilizing my 3rd eye. My 3rd eye increases my ability to "see" and to make light / love. If I find myself under attack in the outside world I defend myself. Protection is antithetical to higher states of consciousness. Besides for people who are empaths protection in the way you imply is cutting off the blood supply. Besides if we get hurt won't we recover - so what then is the importance of protection?
4. Enlightenment is not something we achieve, though I used to think so. We are already enlightened and that is covered / buried by illusions manufactured by ego and reinforced by habits, beliefs, assumptions and opinions. While its true that we can guide others by example that need not be our aim. Awareness is the first step in becoming conscious. To help the world is to be of service to offer help or be ready to help and to do our best knowing that will change with circumstances.
