I began writing in 6th grade. I wrote short stories for many, many years - quite badly. Eventually my writing improved. I tried to write an autobiographical novel that couldn't be written. It took 14 drafts over a 40 year period to realize that the material was too much for me and I stopped.

Since then I have published a fantasy novel and I have a second book coming out soon.

I can't stop writing. It's fun and challenging too at times.
