Most work for others engaged in a profit (read at my expense) is BS. Only employees who share ownership in a company could be different. The non-profit I worked for - for 19 years not BS, the administration treated us very well with an excellent benefit package with 3 months paid time off... But even they grew more bureaucratic read BS...
