I do not draw attention to myself by giving myself labels. And there is no try when it comes to being an alchemist. Do or do not.
My job is not to "transmute sadness into joy worthy of glory." I live by the law of three and come from balance. When I sought to turn sadness into joy, I found myself on the hamster wheel of addiction. The focus is on the horizon/goal or aim, not the obstacles. In that way, most obstacles dissolve along the way. When I keep my attention balanced within. I enjoy happiness when it arises without pursuing it. When sadness arises, I find I am less attached to it, and it's easier to let it go.
