I sometimes cultivate associations with people I vehemently oppose for a variety of reasons.

Plus, though my sister is pro-choice and anti - Q-Anon she is a cult of Trump devotee, nevertheless I love her.

Over the years I've been testing out a belief of mine that through an emotionally based argument I will understand where she is coming from and coax her with lots of support out of her anger/fear based response to supporting Trump. I've done it before, but she reverts.

I doubt that I will succeed.
