I had a battle with coffee most of my life. Quit for 3 years in my 30s, quit 5 years in my 40s. I have a heart condition, so I stopped coffee for about 10 years.
I stopped drinking black tea about one year ago. I don't drink energy drinks or eat chocolate in any form.
I noticed that without caffeine, I have more energy, though it takes a bit longer to have my brain functioning fully in the morning.
