I had a problem with commas. Grammarly and ProWriting Aid are both good but have a tendency to dumb down with regard to word selections.

Both Grammarly and ProWriting Aid follow the Oxford comma rule which I've grown to like. I use the Grammarly Free version. Then I run it through the Hemingway app - which has its limitations as a stand-alone helper. I have set a learning curve to gain new skills instead of falling back on either program.

Eventually, I hope my writing will be much better.
