I hate cell phones. I had a dumb phone - resisting smartphones until - was it last year or - I don't remember. Whenever iPhone 11 came out or maybe it was iPhone 12 and I bought an 11 for business purposes. I don't carry it with me unless I absolutely have to. I keep send all incoming calls to voicemail - no ringing no vibrating. I don't want to be a slave to the thing. I answer when I'm driving - bluetoothed to the car, but only a quick message to someone I'm either on my way to see or they're calling me to find my ETA. That's it.

I'd like to think that I'm a language supporter - not a language diminisher as in texting (emojis etc)
