I have 2 Jackery Lithium Battery back-ups if I lose power - especially during fire season. They can power my CPAP machine, charge laptops, phones etc. They can be recharged off your aux charger in cars and they sell a solar panel for charging too. I considered getting the next model up - pricey for a small fridge, but my power never went out last year.

The local restaurants abound here in my town / small city in Northern California and much of Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties - just north of SF.
