I have one inner voice that is prominent and 40 other inner voices that have warred against one another. I was unaware of them until I decided to open up lines of communication in my 40s. They are about 20 of them have been integrated in me, some have died while others live in peace with the group and me. Of course this is highly unusual. When I was 13 years old I received a “walk-in” that helped hold me together. He is well integrated within me and has assisted me in many ways including connecting with my Higher Self and High Vibrational Guides. Sounds wild and bordering on insanity. That’s what I thought too for the longest time until my path found me.
