I joined Medium in 2016. I posted a few long essays -old school. I wasn't interested in followers per se. I wanted to put my thoughts organized "on paper" - again the old school reference.

In early 2021 I published my first story for a publication. I decided to try the learning curve of Medium. Making money has not been my primary goal. It may make a big difference - I refuse to brand my works under one roof.

These may be methods not to use BTW.

Astrological Natal Charts may indicate the path to success. Some of my most popular works did not appear very popular at the start. Over time they have amassed a larger following.

Perhaps a good caveat is write from the heart, offer your writing as a gift. Something that you've learned to pass on. Personal experience can create a bond for readers to read your work.
