I know nothing of how to fund massive infrastructure funding. If Buttigieg were as smart as he appears to be he might have convened a panel of experts to work out a sensible plan that the most Americans would accept.

This is one reason amongst many why the Mainstream Democrats (aka the DNC) are in trouble and headed for failure. It ain't rocket science.
