I often steam vegetables. I save the water in the fridge and reuse it for steaming. I never toss it down the drain. I have a bucket I pour it into. In spring and summer, I use it to water plants in the xeriscape garden in my front and backyard. In winter, during the rainy season, I use it to flush the toilet, unless there's a drought it goes to water plants.

All junk mail with blank parts on them I use for lists -old school before being recycled.
