I think Thoth the Atlantean was governor of Atlantis for 50,000 years, but I may be mistaken. He lived under a different name before he went to Egypt. I've been getting a lot of channeled information about the origins of the Mu peoples from an alternate universe.

Before and after the Great Separation there was no death, except accidental death.

We are current near the end of darkness - coming out of an opposition with the highest point of human civilization in the days of the Mu and Atlanteans. There is a 300 year cusp period to pass through of course.
