I totally agree. Most anger is expressed by acting it out so it is ineffectively expressed. Anger arises from fear. My dad was fearful all the time but could never admit it for fear of being labelled weak.

The powers that be love anger because it prevents bodies like congress from agreeing on anything. That way the corporations have increasing license to get what they want.
