I used to do trance channeling, but it was so exhausting. I asked my Guides "The Twelve" to allow me to stay in conscious witness mode. It was granted. Occasionally I am asked to do trance work - but only from my home.

About 20 years ago the Guides to me to stop group channeling because they were integrating their being into higher parts of myself. However at times they still formally channel through me.

Much of the healing work is done through me by The Twelve. I am the conduit and interpreter of what they do through me.

Could inspired speech be a kind of channeling?
