I was talking with a friend about this, urging her not to fall prey to the shadows of fear. And to turn to love of self, forgiveness toward those frustrated with not being heard, and to apply loving thoughts.

After our talk, I felt plasma wings emerging from my back, accompanied by love and abundant joy.*

My friend, the Buddhist monk, was fond of saying that for every person who loves, that love will nullify the hate in 10 other people. I'm paraphrasing - Bhante Dharmawara.
