I'm with you Rebecca. When I stand at my sink a litany of gratitude for Earth, Water, Air, Fire, my body and so on flows out of me.

In Being work/play I embrace Earth - my body - arms, legs, torso becomes large to embrace her with all my love.

Though am pooped out from poor sleep and a trip to the dentist today. I actually dozed off while she was drilling my teeth, just like I did as a child. I've had groovy dentists.
