In 1973 after having been hospitalized for depression I devolved a bizarre side effect to an ant-depressant upon discharge. I was re hospitalized and mistakeningly diagnosed as a schizophrenic. It wasn't until 20 years later I read about the three bizarre side effects of this medication: seizures, death or acute psychotic reaction. I haven't had any delusions, auditory or visual hallucinations, or disorganized thionking since recovering from the bizarre side effects.

Interoperability could have helped, but was not in place.
