In my 20s I once demanded: "Define 'spiritual'," to a friend who used the word in a sentence. I laugh at myself for that utterance now.

As in the rush for "more mindfulness" - spirituality is becoming a business. By analyzing mindfulness or creating approaches or tricks to create a greater mindfulness or spiritual force we destroy its meaning.
