When we make sweeping generalizations about "generations" it becomes a way to divide us in our fight against injustices and its part of the divisive gestalt in which we live. Let's not add to it.

I found the last job I worked for someone else F/T the younger people were inspiring - I could have called them Generation this or that. I didn't because it felt like we are all in it together.

BTW No one has the right to tell anyone else how to feel.
