In the mid '70s while in college I had a friend who experimented with Psilocybin, LSD, and speed in pill form.

He said that LSD took away his robust experience of reality and made imagery flat and sometimes dark and sinister. All of his trips were either bad or dull. My friend was an unusual guy that I'm sure had hormonal imbalances.

Over 30 years later he exhibited telekinetic abilities. I witnessed one such event. He reported to have been clean and sober from all psychoactive substances including pot and alcohol from 1982 onwards. He told me that using substances interfered with his abilities to see into other dimensions and lights around people.
