involves the neutrality of calmness. Happiness is an emotion that comes and goes. When we attach ourselves to the goal of calm joined with happiness it's more likely that the feeling will pass more quickly and be replaced by another or opposite emotion. When I feel calm I am ready for sadness, happiness, bliss, PTSD triggers, mainly because I am not those feelings.
